Kaki-nanban Soba

“Kaki” Japanese juicy oysters on top 
baked by bonito base soup 
In a bowl with noodles and hot bonito soup 

"Nanban” means white leek 

Only from November 1st 
Don’t miss it!

Standard Menus 

 Tenseirou

Shrimps and some vegetables’ Tempura with cold noodles 
Carefully the way to have it not to dip deep into the salty dark soup
Recommend to put it a bit. 

Side Dishes

How to Choose Menu

Decide to choose
 hot noodles or cold noodles at first 
as below.

For Noodles 

  Step 1  : Soup Type (A) or (B)?

 (A) Noodles and hot soup in a bowl
                   with topping ex.Tempura.
 
 (B) Noodles with side dishes ex. Tempura 
    for dipping in the deep base soup.
    (Base soup is rather salty, so please be 
    careful not to put it too much.)

  Step 2 :  Noodles Type (1), (2) or (3)?

 (1) Soba - Buchwheat Noodles
     (thin & brown: caution for allergy)  
 
 (2) Udon - Flour Noodles 
     (thick & white: caution for allergy)
        
 (3) Kishimen- Flour Noodles 
     (flat & white: caution for allergy)
